A homeowner in Warren, NJ noticed their crawl space was damp and humid, so they contacted the Quality 1st Basement Systems team for a solution. To stop moisture and dampness from passing through the crawl space, our Q1 Team installed our moisture vapor barrier known as CleanSpace. This will keep it dry and healthy all year round, protecting the crawl space and home from water damage. 

Homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems when he noticed his sidewalk and driveway area were settling about 1 to 2 inches. This settlement created a gap between the concrete slab and the foundation of the home. PolyLevel was injected under the slab, raising it back to level.  The homeowner was amazed at the installation process and was shocked that within 15 minutes of the job being completed, he could park his car back in the driveway. 

When the homeowner from Ocean City, NJ, reached out to us with concerns about excessive moisture and compromised floor joists in their crawl space, we knew just what to do. This crawl space in Middlesex County had signs of water seepage.
