To access the cast-iron Zoeller pump for annual maintenance at this Haverstown, PA home, Service Technician Javier removes the airtight lid of the SuperSump Sump Pump System. He carefully removes the primary pump and the optional UltraSump Battery Backup pump. All components were checked and cleaned; the check valves were replaced and the WaterWatch alarm batteries were also replaced. The complete system was reassembled and flood tested to ensure that the system was operating at peak performance as a reliable wet basement solution!

In this dark, unfinished basement in Holmes, PA, the owners were getting water in through the wall when it would rain, and were in need of encapsulating the space. We installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the walls of the foundation to capture any and all moisture seeping in. We then dug a trench through the foundation floor to install our WaterGuard sub-floor drain system that will safely flow the captured water down into the sump system. By installing this system, the basement will be safe from intruding water and no longer be damp from moisture.
