In a 100-year-old house in Phillipsburg, NJ, the homeowner faced a common yet concerning issue: plaster was sloughing off the basement walls, pointing to significant water seepage. The WaterGuard system was meticulously set up to channel water from the foundation walls directly to the sump pump, hidden neatly beneath the concrete perimeter for an unobtrusive look. The installation of the TripleSafe Sump Pump ensured that water could be re-directed, preventing basement flooding even during power outages. Severely bowed block walls in the basement posed a structural risk. CarbonArmor straps were installed to reinforce and secure the walls permanently.

Notice in the before photo how the concrete slabs around this West Deptford home's pool were sunken, being a tripping hazard. Marlton homeowner had a termite problem in his crawl space. He contacted an exterminator who also pointed out that he had mold in the crawl space and should have it encapsulate to prevent further mold growth.
