We recently assisted this Keyport, NJ, homeowner after they observed signs of structural settlement located in their basement. As a result of this settlement issue, walls were beginning to crack and the owner feared for the safety of their homes structural integrity.

Once our team arrived at the home we were able to install our specially crafted WaterGuard French Drainage System, in order to create a clear channel for water to enter and exit towards the owners designated sump pump. Next the team installed our heavy-duty CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System in order to entirely strengthen and stabilize the weakened walls.

From now on, structural settlement is a worry of the past for this homeowner, allowing them to finally enjoy some much needed peace of mind!

Settlement under a house in Manahawkin, NJ has been fixed with the installation of our SmartJack support System.

Our Senior Foreman Victor and his team stabilized this home with our CarbonArmor System. First, they prepared the wall surface by sanding away the paint so that the epoxy resin would bond to the concrete. Once the straps adhered to the wall, The ArmorLock bracket was connected. Another coat of epoxy resin was applied to completely secure the strip. Rest assured that the CarbonArmor and ArmorLock Systems will immediately stabilize your foundation walls and permanently protect against any further inward movement.

This customer was concerned with sinking and uneven floors in the home. Foundation Repair Specialist Steve Ventriglio inspected the existing support system of the home and proposed SmartJack Support System in conjunction with PowerBrace Supplemental Beam. To provide additional support and stabilize the home, Foreman Victor Leon and his crew installed the foundation products, providing peace of mind to the customers.

A homeowner in Nutley, New Jersey noticed their floors were sagging in between the floor joists.  The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection of the home and suggested they use support beams. Our foreman, Esau Aquino, used the SmartJack System and supplemental beams to lift and strengthen the floors above. Once Esau and the Quality 1st crew finished, the first floor was stabilized.
