This customer was concerned with sinking and uneven floors in the home. Foundation Repair Specialist Steve Ventriglio inspected the existing support system of the home and proposed SmartJack Support System in conjunction with PowerBrace Supplemental Beam. A homeowner in Nutley, New Jersey noticed their floors were sagging in between the floor joists.  The homeowner contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems and our System Design Specialist, Laszlo Lenkey, provided an inspection of the home and suggested they use support beams.
