I am well satisfied with the work completed by Quality 1st Dan M. was very knowledgeable and the cost was within my budget. The wall anchors were able to stabilize the wall and not allow for any further horizontal cracking.

Quality 1st did an excellent foundation repair and push pier installation for our settling foundation. Jeff Nero was our sales representative, who was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly what needed to be done. When it came time for installation, our senior foreman was Jonathan Neira. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring, providing daily updates on progress. Jonathan and his crew went above and beyond with installation of push piers, doing fantastic daily work that required a lot of physical labor. They also did an excellent job of cleanup post-installation. It is without hesitation that I would recommend Quality 1st and the above mentioned foreman and crew for any work you need to have done!

First came the phone call to 1st. The woman made an appointment and told me the name of the person who would be coming to provide me with an estimate and a recommendation. Then, a reminder phone call the day before.The representative was thoroughly professional, assessed the situation correctly and set a date for the repair to occur.The repair crew arrived on-time and finished up promptly. The foreman of the crew explained what has been done, and left the job in a workman-like manner - the worksite was cleaned up well.The fix worked. What more could one ask for?

I would like to share my experience in recently choosing Ken Peare and his company, Quality 1st basement systems, to conduct a foundation repair on my primary residence. This all started back in September when my family and I began to realize that the garage frame entrance on the side of the house started to slope downwards. Unsure if it was a serious problem, I decided that we would do the repair during the upcoming spring figuring it was only cosmetic. Unfortunately, I could not have been more wrong. By October the entire right side of the house began to slope down, and the driveway started cracking and became uneven. After some investigating, we found that the gutter and pool drainage system were damaged and were not flowing water into the sewer system like they were designed, but under our home instead. After Identifying what the cause was, we needed a company to do the foundation repair. My family and I checked with multiple companies, including Quality 1st, to obtain the best solution and price. By far, Ken was able to provide the most intelligent and fairly priced solution to the issue we were having. He provided us with a detailed scope of the work broken down to exact dollar. It was a “no brainer” for us and we contracted Quality 1st to start the work as soon as the provided structural engineering  and permits were ready. Within 30 days of the signed contract Quality 1st gathered all of the permits and plans necessary and began  to repair our foundation. All of the workers were very neat and professional and the entire job was completed in under 1 week which was amazing. My home and the foundation is rests on are supported and more accurately level than they ever  were. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and transparency that Ken Peare and his company displayed with my most valuable material possession. I would and will highly recommend Ken and Quality 1st basement systems to anyone, including friends and family, for any solutions they offer. 

I was very concerned about my home when I started to notice some vertical cracks and settling foundation in my below grade level garage. Quality 1st installed 8 Push Piers to lift my settling foundation and fix the problem. My sales rep Dan gave a good presentation and the installation team was very nice and hard working.

The work men were respectful of our home, neat, efficient and meticulous of how are property was restored to the original condition. The prospect of rebuilding the basement wall in order to prepare our home for sale was frightening. Wilver and his crew did an outstanding job encapsulating our large crawl space and installing joists to stabilize our sagging floors. Wilver's communication with me throughout the day was Outstanding. Not only did he call to let me know when he would arrive, but he also continued to communicate with me regarding the progress of the job.  Dane was the employee who came to my house for an estimate of repairs . He was so honest and straight forward as well as pleasant. Basically he told me there was actually very little that needed to be done. This could of went very differently and I would have believed him if he told me i needed thousands in repairs.
