Hired them for 3 projects I have installed this basement waterproofing solution in 2 homes. System speaks for itself. Nothing better on the market. Work was first-rate. Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again, installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforeseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first-rate and ended up better than a bilco door. The company re-landscaped and everything is as it was. All work performed was top notch and no issues on anything they have done

Although I was out of the country for the install, I am very happy with the project and everything looks great.

He spent a lot of time explaining the mechanics of what had happened to cause my basement to flood. A lot of it was the opposite of my intuition, but he patiently answered all of my questions. In addition to an overall estimate for waterproofing our basement, he worked with me to sketch out a first-phase project that would solve our immediate issues while remaining reasonably affordable. They were a wonderful crew. He has great customer service skills as he double checked with me all there was to do, explained how they would seal the top of the install, and assured me that they’d leave no debris inside the trench & could install behind my appliances (ie heater and furnace) with ease. How they tucked the install behind the narrow space of drywall behind my washer/dryer is beyond me! :-D  I was pleased w/ the finished product, and how smooth & clean the walls & the lip of the trench look now compared to before. We had a heavy rain after that and i could see already the clean space alleviated some of my issues.

I was very happy with the team that did my installation. They showed up on time, did excellent work, cleaned up after themselves and worked hard despite the hot weather. 

Did not find mold, but cautioned against some moisture seeping into the house.Recommended calling a plumber for a leak in the hose. Gave specific suggestionsfor preventive maintenance. Very friendly and professional

So glad we did it! This was a project that we were not looking forward to. We had no idea how it would go! We did it right before we went on vacation and we could have peace of mind knowing our basement problem was finally SOLVED. The best part is you don't even know the sump pump is running! It runs so quietly that you don't even notice it!

Had sump pit expanded and deepened and new pump installed. Work done on time, neatly, and efficiently. Did not disrupt our routine. Area is clean and upgraded. It is something that does not show itself, but we know the importance of this thing. We have an old, old field stone basement and water is always an issue. The new pit is larger and should cut down on wear for the pump, a battery backup system that give peace of mind for the power outages that come usually in heavy and crazy storms, as Baltimore sometimes gets these.
