These guys are fantastic, I cannot say enough good things about them! We have used them twice now in two different homes in New Jersey and have had no issues whatsoever. They saved our first house in Bridgewater from massive flooding issues to the point the basement could be finished without worry. They have been prompt, courteous, and the quality of the work is top-notch. Steve Roldan even helped me with how to introduce a toothbrush to my 9-month-old and it worked like a charm!

I initially discovered Quality 1st with a quick online search and decided to choose their company because I noticed they were a company that specialized in basement waterproofing and met all of my needs. Overall, I am very fulfilled with the work done at my home by Quality 1st. My salesman was courteous and competent, he helped me choose the best products. Victor Leon and the installation crew was nice, clean, respectful and effective.

I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems years ago when first had work done another one of my houses. I contacted them again back in September when I decided to get work done on my unfinished basement. I wanted to waterguard my basement, as well as put in other waterproofing products to protect my basement. Similar to my first time using Quality 1st, I had a very good experience. The salesman John Schweitzer is a good guy who knows what he is talking about. After the work was done, the crew took a lot of care to minimize the mess. They did a great job leaving the work area looking uncluttered. Overall it was a great experience, and I will be sure to use them in the future if I need any more work done!

I want to let you know that the recent job here at Educational Testing Services went very well. Jonathan was great to deal with. He had everything well organized, was very professional and kept me informed throughout the job. He and the crew worked very hard to get the job done in a timely fashion, took care of the work area during the job (which wasn’t easy due to the mushy conditions), and also cleaned up really well before they left. The guys did a great job, fast, efficient, and clean. Finished in less time than we were told and were very courteous and friendly. Outstanding. And best of all, it rained a lot the next night and things stayed dry in the basement. Good work folks!

I started with Quality Basements in 2007 and year after year the service has been delivered professionally and with care.   Justin Williams, the service technician, engaged me in the service delivery and kept me informed of issues within a 15 year old system.  He was courteous, well versed in his craft and a great guy to work with.  

The System Design Specialist who came here to acess problem did a great job. Wilver and his team who did the work did a great job and for the first time in 20 years we now do not have a water problem Thanks again

Excellent experience all around. Great service. Never had any issues with my basement being waterproofed or my sum pump. I would 100% recommend Quality 1st to everyone. I am satisfied with the work done by Quality 1st in my basement. My design specialist was very nice and the installation team was knowledgeable. I never had a big water problem in the basement but wanted to do something before it got worse. I was referred to Quality 1st through a friend and chose their company because they had good quality. I invested in a battery back up system, in case the power ever goes out, I will stay have a working sump pump!
