I must say right from the first meeting with my Systems Designer Joe until yesterday when I saw Eric's crew vacuum the steps they used to get to our basement in the church I am extremely impressed. At my age I have dealt with a lot of service companies but none with the quality your company offers. All too often after the sale is made and the homeowner is left to deal with the crew that does the grunt work that is about what you get, a crew that does the grunt work with no ability to deal with the customer. NOT SO with Eric's crew They were polite, eager to please and neat. They explained everything and did everything I asked. They even picked up some branches I had trimmed and took them away without being asked. The technology of what they do is simple but unreal in its ability to do what they say it will. Each of the people I interacted with was solid, professional, polite, and excellent at what they do.
