I had been living in my house for 15 years, and my basement was finished, so I never assumed i would have a problem. Then within the past two years I started having water seepage, and wanted to fix the problem. I had not heard of Quality 1st Basement Systems in the past, but through research of companies in the area, I decided to go with them because they were the most confident, professional and responsible company. I thought that the office staff was excellent, the salesmen was very professional and the installation team was the best. I first approached Quality 1st Basement Systems because I was interested in both finishing my basement floor and installing a sump pump, and I knew your unique flooring solution would be a good fit for my basement. I had a good experience in speaking to both the office staff and my inspector. On the day of installation the crew arrived on time and were very courteous and efficient. The crew even left the basement cleaner then it was before. I am very satisfied with my whole experience, and would recommend your company to a friend.

The experience was excellent from my first contact with quality 1st to the installation of the flag pole. The raising of the flag pole was a very moving experience for me. The "Hero lives here program" is a moral booster. 

The volunteers were awesome! They helped find the best place to install the pole. We thanks them for all their help. My favorite part was when the light on top shined down on the flag at night. It was absolutely breath taking! The American Flag flying high is a beautiful sight. The A Hero Lives Here program is an awesome way to make veterans of the community feel appreciated for their service. Thank you so much to all who helped make this program so wonderful. 

He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing since I needed to. Have the pump working properly for sale of house. He made a video of the pump going on with my phone. I gave a very descriptive explanation on my receipt. He gave me his phone number in case anyone had more questions 

We have been dealing with water in our basement for 12 years. Quality 1st came and did an amazing job. Luis Aguirre and his crew were courteous and professional. The whole team from start to finish was great! From the initial meeting with Dane to the actual process with Juan and his team were both very professional. Dane gave us a proposal and we heard back from the company within a day to schedule the work.  Juan and his team were very efficient.

My rep, Joe Hubbard, was great to deal with from start to finish. He was on time, totally upfront with all the costs and details, and I had a quote within hours! The inspector was on time and answered all my questions.

My dehumidifier was not working and we were in the middle of a rainy period weatherwise. My house was very musty and I was feeling very ill with severe respiratory issues. Although Quality was booked with many emergency calls they managed to squeeze my request in and sent Nick who helped us out quickly, came earlier than scheduled, explained everything fully, and was nothing short of a top-notch professional. There are no words to explain how grateful and fortunate we were to get Quality to service our system and having Nick do the work. TOP-NOTCH!

Great company! The service technicians for the past 7 years have been great. My service tech Andrew came on 6/22/22 right away and exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable and honest with me. He really showed how much he loves his job. I was treated respectfully and he took care of the issues I didn't know I had in my crawlspace. He took the time to explain everything and answered all my questions. I am extremely pleased with him. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service!
