Concrete is prone to cracking and sinking. A cracked and sunken driveway, walkway, or patio not only looks bad, but it can also be a tripping hazard for your family and your guests. Plus, water can pool in the areas that have sunk.

The good news is most concrete can be permanently leveled and repaired without having to replace it. We offer a proven Concrete Protection System to help Brick homeowners quickly restore the concrete around their home.

  • Lift and level concrete slabs
  • Seal concrete cracks and joints
  • Seal concrete surfaces to protect against pitting, flaking, and staining
  • Resurface concrete to restore its look and function

Comment My wife and I recently had the foundation of a home we are in the process of buying inspected by a structural engineer. She provided the following recommendations in her report: - Approximately seven (7) carbon fiber straps should be installed no more than 4'-0" on center the entire length of the front foundation wall, approximately 27'-0". The straps should be installed by a licensed installer with all certifications and warranties. - All foundation walls should be cleaned and all the cracks be filled with cementitious mortar. Vertical cracks can be filled with epoxy vertical crack filler. The severely cracked and missing concrete facade on the right and rear exterior walls of the structure should be replaced in kind. -The retaining wall between the properties and along the driveway should be re-mortared. Broken and deteriorated block should be replaced in kind. We would like to get a quote for how much all that would cost. I am able to provide her full report if needed.

Comment Have 2 car concrete floor agarge. Has had long crack in floor over 15 years. Hasn't moved, was from original settling of home. Not structural. We are selling out home so looking to avoid jacking or lifting and find a solution that makes sense. Cost is a concern here, i need an estimate to decide if we can fix it or if we want to concess to buyers. I'm fair and not looking for band-aid, BUt im not repouring a whole new floor here for them either, especially if grind down and leveler do the trick. Its a 1974 home, no living space above garage. no new movement. just uneven and ugly.
