This job was a combination of waterproofing and foundation support. These before and after photos showcase the transformation our CleanSpace and PowerBrace system can bring to a basement. Before our products were installed, these basement walls were cracked, suffering from water damage, and buckling. We first tackled the water troubles by installing CleanSpace on the wall to act as a vapor barrier, trapping the moisture and keeping it from getting in. The CleanSpace was used in conjunction with other waterproofing products such as WaterGuards, and a TripleSafe sump pump to create a highly effective system designed to stop water from lingering in the basement.
On top of the CleanSpace are the PowerBraces which attach directly to the wall without much intrusion or difficulty. PowerBraces are strong, durable, and reliable. Their purpose is to stabilize the foundation and keep the walls from bowing any further. They also can be tightened over time to correct the walls back to the proper location, making PowerBraces a very effective choice when it comes to providing your foundation with support!
