I am very satisfied with install. The cellar area has taken on a whole new look!  The entire process was done with a minimum of dust, dirt, and debris. Cleanup was done thoroughly. The crew was very knowledgeable and professional. They were a pleasure to have working in our home. Ron was the professional in assessing the problem and explaining the steps needed to be taken to remedy the situation. He inspires confidence in ADK. The office staff was personable and professional in all our dealings with them. Let the rains begin!

The Service Technician was very Professional and informative. Everything was explained. There is nothing that I am aware of that could be done differently at the time. The office team is very friendly. I have not done anything to my basement since the installation. Although Mike ( Your Service technician) gave me some important suggestions! Six and a half weeks after having the installation by Adirondack Basement Systems, we had a foot of snow and rain and our basement was dry!! Before this, we would have many parts of our basement wet.
