Every crew that came were very professional. They were all polite and respectful. They all answered my questions and addressed my concerns.  Jon was very nice and polite. He was very informative and listened to our questions and concerns about the project. He would get back to us in a timely manner with answers and solutions to our questions and concerns.  They were very professional and took the time to go over there process and answer any questions and address my concerns.  They cleaned up and left the area ready for the next crew.  Adirondack Basement Systems were the only ones who got back to us and took an interest in our problem and offered a solution to it. No one else called back, or wanted to come look at our problem. They were all to busy.

Six and a half weeks after having the installation by Adirondack Basement Systems, we had a foot of snow and rain and our basement was dry!! Before this, we would have many parts of our basement wet. We are so pleased with our dry basement.  This summer season we put it to the test and it passed with flying colors! We wish we had done something in our previous house.  It should be the first thing homeowners focus on.
