After seeing Healthy Basement Systems advertised on News 12 and in many magazines I spoke to a friend of mine who also recommended the company.  The office staff was great. Bill Simone's presentation was what made me deicde to go forward with the job. Deon's crew was very courteous and they went out of their way to make sure everything ws done perfectly.  

You were the first to return my call, the first to come to give an estimate and your salesman was a gentleman.

Ian, the sales representative, was great. He thoroughly walked us through everything. We had three other estimates with other companies, but we really felt comfortable with the computer visualization Ian gave us of what our crawlspace would look like after the work was performed. The installation crew was also very informative and explained everything through out the process of installation. When hurricane sandy hit, you guys came in and took care of everything and that is much appreciated, thank you!
