The WaterGuard system was installed by Basement Systems over 20 years ago. I experienced a recent water issue in the basement and was unsure if it was related to the WaterGuard system.  Gabriel Ryan, a sales associate, came to my house and prepared a detailed Quote to address the potential issue.  Gabriel was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough in preparing a solution to my problem.  Although the issue seems to have been resolved through measures taken outside the house, I would definitely utilize Gabriel and Healthy Basement for any future water-proofing needs.

All I can say is Excellent from start to finish. Everything was explained and they did a excellent job.  Denise was informative and knowledgeable. The installation crew was great, everything was excellent. After last nights storm I can confidently say that my basement does not leak. I just cannot believe the difference in the cellar enviornment; no more musty small, no water, excellent all around.

He patiently explained what type of problems could occur and solutions for them. His equipment was immaculate and he wore mask at all ttimes while he was here.
