After being in their home for eight years these homeowners started to notice that they were having issues with water in their home. This home is unique in that it is a dome shape, which means that their yard has no pitch to it, but because their roof is essentially a grassy dome their pitch is on top of their home. Because of how this home was built water was able to overtime penetrate the foundation and make its way inside their home.

In order to take care of the problem at a hand, we implemented our Dual Stage System along the front right-hand side of the bedroom wall, which we attached to an 8' Lateral under-slab drainage system along the floor cracks. To complement and complete these systems we finally tied them into our SuperSump and ran 50" of discharge line to make sure that the water that did come out of their home was pumped out as far away from their home as possible so their home could continue to be nice and dry. 

Since we installed our systems their home has been bone dry, and they could not be more thrilled to have peace of mind returned to them, but more importantly, they love being able to have their home back to its normal self. 

After our crews leveled the garage floor, they sealed the major cracks. This not only helps prevent water from seeping into the cracks again, but it's also a cosmetic improvement!

Upon contacting us, these homeowners expressed frustration with a previous waterproofing system that failed to address both water penetration and structural concerns in their crawl space. They sought our expertise based on our stellar reviews and proven track record.

To address their dual challenges, we initiated the project by carefully excavating and preparing the area for our advanced FlowGuard waterproofing system. Clearing debris and jackhammering around the perimeter enabled seamless installation. We then strategically relieved pressure from their block foundation by expertly drilling weepholes, facilitating efficient water diversion to our system.

Our comprehensive solution included the installation of our patented sump pump and a CleanSpace vapor barrier, ensuring effective water management and redirection away from the home. Additionally, we bolstered the structural integrity of their property by installing four SmartJack foundation support systems before applying concrete.

Since project completion, these homeowners have enjoyed a dry and structurally sound home. Our intervention has not only resolved water intrusion issues but also restored their peace of mind, allowing them to rest easy knowing their home is secure.
