Maureen once had a dark and damp crawl space that used to be home to some unwanted guests, but it has turned into a clean, dry, and energy-efficient space using the CleanSpace® encapsulation system! Our crew installed the complete CleanSpace encapsulation system, starting with the CleanSpace Drainage Matting System. The goals of installing this drainage matting system before the barrier are that the mat will help prevent water buildup from happening under the CleanSpace Barrier. After the mat is installed, the whole space will have the CleanSpace vapor barrier installed. This barrier has been designed to prevent moisture, outside air, and unwanted pests from entering the crawl space. Each product in the CleanSpace line was designed to work together, to help create clean, energy-efficient spaces like this one in Niagara Falls!
