What originally looked like a bad wall seam in Nicholas's basement turned out to be a leaky wall crack! But after Frank's Bamsnet Systems repaired the crack with an Xypex system and then waterproofed it with a BrightWall panel and the WaterGuard drainage system, it's no longer a concern for Nicholas.

A hole at the bottom of a window well could be considered a drainage system, or you could be like Derrick and have a drop-down duct installed! This open hole in the basement wall was replaced with a WellDuct Basement Window Well Drain, which will carry any moisture buildup from the well outside the home and into the home's interior drainage system. Goodbye to the days of a leaking basement wall, holes, and plugged well-ducts for Derrick!
