NO ONE should hire anyone for their basement in WNY, unless it's Frank's Basement and by only you telling them what they need. I met with ALL of the other companies. You actually listened to me about where the issues were in order to figure out what is best & needed. Your  company is honest & so were you for that. You did an amazing job.
