I am writing this letter regarding the basement job that was done on June 6th and 7th for the above address. We just wanted to say how pleased we were with the entire process from beginning to end. Frank DiMaria came on 5/10/13 for our initial estimate of the job. He spent plenty of time with us and addressed all our concerns. He didn't treat us any differently because we were women with no men in the house which on occasion, with other contractors, has been an issue. It was greatly appreciated. Just because we are women and don't necessarily understand all the intricacies fo pipe installations, etc., doesn't mean we have to be treated like idiots. But the most important aspect of this job was the quality of the 4 workers who actually did the work. Dave, Larry, Adam, and the fourth worker *I'm sorry I didn't know his name), were absolutely fantastic. They came in the house and all said 'good morning' with a smile ont heir faces. They were very concerned with keeping the place covered and clean. Dave was fantastic. He answered all my questions and concerns. He explained each day all the processes that were going to be done on the job. You could tell they all got along with one another which I think makes for a pleasant work experience and therefore a better job. I realize I am not paying them to say good morning or be in a good mood, but it certainly makes for a better experience. Dave was nice enough to call me about an hour before the job was completed so I would have time to come back to Williamsville from my job downtown to inspect the final aspects of the work. They were all pleasant, talkative and because this is my first experience working with Frank's Services, I am definitely going to put Frank's on top of the list for any waterproofing, plumbing, and heating services that I may need in the future.
