This homeowner purchased a new home in Forest Hills, Queens and had water in the basement. Quality 1st Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard drainage system in order to drain the water. The WaterGuard drainage system is guaranteed never to clog with its patented design. A new TripleSafe sump pump will now pump the water away from the basement with its three pump system. The TripleSafe sump pump has a battery backup which will turn on in case the power fails during a storm.
