Our Team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System to keep the basement protected against water seepage. Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System was installed on the walls to protect against moisture and mold. This liner helps direct any water leakage down into the WaterGuard French Drain System which then directs water over to the sump pump system. 

Check out this before and after of a sinking concrete patio that was raised back towards its original level using our concrete raising solution, PolyLevel. Using special equipment, our PolyLevel team injects the foam underneath the slab raising it back to level. 

When this customer contacted Quality 1st Basement Systems they had sinking slabs around the pool. PolyLevel foam was used to stabilize the slabs and bring them back up to level. Joint seal was used to seal the cracks caused by the sinking. Noe that all the slabs are leveled this Nanuet, NY homeowner does not have to worry about any tripping hazards around the pool.
