Faced with a large void under their concrete garage floor, this Pittsford, NY homeowner was looking to lift and level the floor in preparation to sell the home. Daniel of Webster, NY was experience minor water issues in his basement in the back area of the home where the concrete patio is. Whenever it rained water would pool around the window well.
