FlexiSpan Installation in Fayetteville, NY

The foundation wall of Bob's Fayetteville, NY home was cracking causing concerns over water intrusion and the structural integrity of the home.  Wanting to seal the crack before it led to further issues, Bob decided to reach out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs. After an inspection of the space, our Design Specialist determined that the FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair System would be best suited to permanently repair the wall crack.

FlexiSpan is designed to move with the wall, ensuring that the entire crack is sealed even if there is change in the wall.  It provides a permanent solution that installs smoothly over a wall.  FlexiSpan has a neutral color that blends well with a concrete wall and can easily be covered up with a basement finishing product as well.  By choosing the FlexiSpan system, Bob can rest assured that the crack in his foundation wall is permanently sealed, protecting his home from water damage and preserving the structural integrity of the home.

Foundation Repair Constantia, NY

Woodford Bros., Inc. replaced the rotting frame and sills of this home in Constantia, NY

Rotted Sill Plate, Rim Joists and Floor Joists Fixed

Jim needed to get some repairs done on his house that was built by his father back in 1979 in Constantia, NY. He knew it was best to address the foundation before starting work on the interior of the house. He did a good job replacing some of the wood himself but when the rotted floor joists started to give away while attempting to jack some other parts of the house he knew it was time to consult the experts. He gave Woodford Brothers a call.

We sent our Design Specialist, Nick, out to Jim's home to take a look. After a thorough inspection, Nick set an installation date with one of our foreman Matt. Matt and his crew made the needed repairs and now Jim can rest assured that any other investments made in his home will last.
