Lindsay and Gary's home in Spencerport, NY was built in 1905. They have owned the home for 6 years and have been concerned about the stability of the flooring system. Uneven floors seemed to be getting worse. They found Woodford Brothers on the internet searching for foundation repair companies. They gave us a call to book their free estimate. One of our Design specialists provided the foamily with a thorough inspection to determine what exactly could be done to help their situation. On the same day he provided a proposal to Lindsay and Gary with options to improve their early 20th century home. We used a concrete spraying process called Shotlock to infill some of the stone walls that were in need. We also encapsulated a section of crawlspace to reduce the air flow, heat loss and to help deter critters from making a home in the crawlspace. The addition of a Sanidry Sedona changed the way the basement smells and feels by maintaining a low humidity and filtering the air. We also installed a supplemental beam with our SmartJack system to stabilize the uneven floors. They are made of galvanized steel and properly sized to hold the load of the home. Now Lindsay and Gary have peace of mind knowing their basement has been repaired.

This over 100-year-old home in Lima had floors that began to sag over time. Woodford Brothers used the Smart Jack system to fix the problem. This SmartJack system is complete with a SmartJack Beam. All materials are galvanized steel so that they will not degrade over time.  The base for the SmartJacks can each hold up to 50,000 pounds.
