Old Farm House Foundation Restored

Tom was concerned about the foundation walls in his old farm house. He saw the Basement Brothers on TV and gave us a call. Our appointment center send Dave out to inspect the foundation. Based on Dave's proposal our crew installed our Shotlock wall restoration product. We first build a rebar grid and then use high a high pressure hose to spray concrete to fill in all gaps and crevices. The wall is smoothed over and looks like new. We also replaced some sections of the foundation and installed a brand new footer. Now Tom has no worries about the foundation in his old farm house in Vernon Center.

Beam and Joist Replacement in Lee Center, NY

This early 20th century home was built with hand hewn beams and joists on a stacked stone foundation. The flooring system was held up with log posts. Over the course of the last century the foundation stayed in tact with some minor upkeep.
