The day of the appointment Design Specialist, Joe, asked the home owner show him the problem and explain what he was hoping to accomplish. Joe learned the the basement floor is often wet and it needs to be dry for good. Upon the inspection, Joe gathered information. He took careful measurements and notes in order to show the home owner what he had found. The two of them sat at the kitchen table so that Joe could explain exactly what the problem was, exactly how we fix it and what it will cost. Robert and Alexis Oswego county home had a wet basement problem. They already had a sump pump but water still came in across the floor.
