We gave this homeowner a permanent solution for these leaky basement walls by installing our CleanSpace Wall System and WaterGuard System. The CleanSpace Wall System is a waterproof barrier that stops moisture from seeping through the concrete block walls in this homeowner’s basement. Any water attempting to make its way through the walls and into the basement, is directed into the interior drainage system known as WaterGuard. Thanks to its built-in wall flange it can collect any incoming water. These two products work hand in hand to ensure that leaky basement walls are a problem of the past. 

We totally transformed this crawl space for a homeowner out in Walden, NY. The homeowner was concerned about the old insulation inside the crawl space completely falling apart. This fiber glass insulation was simply not getting the job done and with winter coming up, the homeowner wanted to make sure their crawl space was warm.  We used our Foamax wall panels to insulate this crawl space and removed the fiber glass insulation all together. Foamax wall panels are made from a high-performing polyisocyanurate foam with a white foil finish on the front and a foil vapor barrier on the back. Not only do these panels keep your crawl space warm, but they also help control humidity!

Our team replaced an old and faulty sump pump in Monroe, NY with our SuperSump Premier Sump Pump System. The old sump pump had no lid covering the hole within the concrete, meaning that any groundwater seeping in could evaporate right back into the basement air. Our system was the ideal solution for this basement that does not have severe flooding, but water intrusion now and again. The cast-iron Zoeller 1/3 horsepower pump inside will discharge up to 2,220 gallons of water at an 8-foot head, and the airtight lid prevents water from escaping into the air. Now this basement is equipped with the right sump pump to handle any water intrusion.
