It features two cast-iron Zoeller horsepower pumps that can discharge thousands of gallons of water per hour at an 8-foot head. It also has a battery backup system that will turn on in the event of a tripped circuit or power failure. On a fully charged battery and set at the highest level, this battery backup system can pump out up to 11,500 gallons of water or more! We waterproofed this basement in Newburgh, NY by installing our CleanSpace Wall System over top of the concrete block foundation walls. The WaterGuard System was installed above the foundation footing and just below the floor slab along the perimeter of the basement. Together these products work together to combat leaky basement walls. The CleanSpace Wall System is a vapor barrier designed to prevent moisture from passing through the walls and helps direct any water into the WaterGuard System itself. The WaterGuard System can collect any water seeping through the wall thanks to its built-in wall flange. Now the homeowner can relax knowing they have a system in place to take care of these leaky walls.
