Our team worked hard to transform this crawl space from a cold, dirt filled pit to a warm and dry space. Foamax panels were placed on the walls of the crawl space to help reduce condensation and to provide protection against moisture. These panels are made of polyisocyanurate foam and have a foil vapor barrier on the backside. We also placed our TerraBlock foam insulation over the floor, which is flexible and helps keep the crawl space floor feeling comfortable instead of cold. Finally, we sealed the crawl space off with our waterproof liner known as the CleanSpace Encapsulation System. 

We protected this crawl space in Warwick, NY from water seepage using our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. This extremely durable 20-mil reinforced polymer liner prevents water vapor from passing through the walls or the ground and making its way into the crawl space.
