George recently bought property in Saint James, NY that he plans to use as a car dealership.  Upon buying the property, George noticed that the sidewalks on the property were not level and had some minor cracks that posed tripping hazards.  Wanting to prevent the trip hazards without needing to fully remove and replace the concrete, George reached out to Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that the PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be best suited to repair the concrete.  

PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.  Additionally, the NexusPro system is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting protection from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.  With these two systems in place, George can have the peace of mind that his concrete is permanently leveled and stabilized and no longer poses any tripping hazards.
