Berto has been living in his East Quogue, NY home for 10 years.  Over the last five years, he has noticed his concrete pool deck and walkway slowly sinking and settling causing dangerous trip hazards.  In an effort to alleviate the trip hazards, and level the walkway and deck, Berto decided to contact Woodford Bros. for a free estimate for the necessary repairs.  After an initial inspection, our Design Specialist determined that our PolyLevel and NexusPro systems would be best suited to repair the sunken concrete. 

PolyLevel is an expanding Polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raises and stabilizes the concrete surface.  Additionally, NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant used for joints and cracks that is specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and stand up to harsh weather conditions.  These two systems will help ensure that Berto's concrete is permanently protected and stabilized, no longer at risk for further sinking or settling.
