My salesman Mr.Mitchell was extremely knowledgeable about water losses. He explained everything thoroughly about our loss and gave us options. I was satisfied with the cleanup. My exterminator referred me to regional and I researched on the internet for ratings. I will happy to be a reference for regional. I hired regional because I was impressed you took the time to send out brochures before meeting to show everything you could do. I would like to add I was impressed with Mr. Mitchell's honesty and knowledge. 

Very satisfied with the job. Absolutely no communication from/or with crew- we never knew when they showed up or left our home even though we were always home! Never announced themselves. The salesman on a scale 1-10 was a 6. Cleanup was satisfactory. Heard about Regional through advertising. The reason I hired Regional Waterproofing was because of the company reputation. Please school your crews to let homeowners know when they are arriving, and/or when they will return-progress of work scope would be helpful. Also, we heard nothing after the sale.
