I was very satisfied with the job that was completed for me by Regional Waterproofing. The installation crew was very coureous and the work was profesionally done, even the clean p went well. The offce staff and the salesman were excellent. Charles , the  salesman kept us well informed. I heard about Regional from a TV ad. I chose Regional instead of another company primarily due to their solution ( to slove the problem) and TV ad.

I chose Regional over their competition because of the overall knowledge of water/ crawlspace issues. So far, I am pleased. I certainly hope the water issues will be resolved. I am satisfied with the job they did. The office staff was pleasant. My consultant was detailed and through. The installation crew was courteous and professional.

Otis, and Jermaine where very polite,courteous,and Knowledgeable.My experience with the office staff  and my salesman David Hogg was very good. I was also satisfied with the cleanup that the crew did. My salesman David was very knowledgeable. The installers worked under horrible heat  index of 107 but never complained. They deserve some recognition or bonus.
