I am very satisfied with the job you did for me. The installation crew had great communication and were hard working. My experience with the office staff was good. The salesman and his presentation were excellent and the cleanup was satisfactory. Overall the main reason why I hired your company instead of someone else is because I didn't consider another company. Warranty states that electrical isn't covered, this isn't very good. 

The installation was quick and efficient. Everything else was satisfactory.

The job went according to the time frame. Leonard, Steven, John, and Pierre were delightful, courteous, conscientious and neat. Mike was especially professional, thorough and informative. He is a great salesman and highly relatable. There was an inital delay in the start of the project, and the person who answereed the phone was abrupt at best. During the job, wee lost wateer and when I spoke with the office (a manager I think) he was dismissive, condescending, and rude.

The cleanup overall wasnt to bad, it was satisfactory. The reasons why I hired you was because I was really motivated by your sump pump with alarm battery back-up, no one else had that. I felt like the lead man went out of his way to take additonal  steps to do things right and keep me informed. Was really impressed with him!
