The clean up was good.  Some suggestions, are that the dehumidifier outlet in lawn is not that pretty and the pipe is showing. Also, the furnace air supply pipe is right in front of a picture window and could have been made less obvious. Overall the reasons why I hired your company instead of another company was because of professionality and had a better offer (not on price, but this did not matter).

The main reasons why I hired your company instead of another company was because other company was too aggressive and wanted to do the job during christmas holiday and wanted to not do crawlspace until they finished the basement! With my experience with the office staff, they were slow to getting back to me about the schedule. The salesman, Ronnie, and his presentation weere good. The cleanup of the job was satisfactory.  The installation crew finished in 1 day.  My experience with the office staff was great!  My thoughts about the salesman and his presentation was great!  The main reason why I hired your company instead of another company is because the sales pitch by Von II was low pressure. 

The crew did a good job, they are a good group of guys. My experiance with the office staff was okay. THere was some miss communication on whom was going to do the electrical work required. Also, on the date of work, crew showing up was a surprise. The cleanup was good but could be better. Dirt in crawlspace and also small waste outside door. The top reason I chose Regional over another company was the process of sealing crawlspace at one company. Overall, satisfied with work, Only comment is that price was a little expensive but when work was done it was worth it.

The crew alway skept the site clean. No debris was left. The crew were not the only ones that merritt accolades, the office staff was very good and  one of the top reasons that I chose Regional Waterproofing was because  of the inital meeting with the salesman, Ted. He was excellent. Very knowledgeable and professional.

The cleanup was satisfactory. The office personnel (both Heather and Caroline) were professional and courteous at all times.  Stacey is obviously proud of his work and rightly so. The final product produced by him and his team is hopefully all that the literature and testimonials have promised. I hope that it resolves the water issues we have had since our ouse was built in 1976. We look forward to all the  benefits that we have been told will be derived from the encapsulation system with the drain and pumps.    I learned a lot from your very thorough educational materials ( the book on waterproofing) and reading about the myths and truths/science on the subject.
