I am very satisfied with the job you did for me. Your installation crew was efficient and expeditious, also your office staff was courteous. Ricky was knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation. The cleanup wasn't really satisfactory. Disposal of debris was not far enough to the back of the property, where we had given permission for it to be disposed. But the main reason why I hired you instead of another company was because of long term association with you and your courteous personell. Ricky Richardson is an excellent representative of your company.

Regional Waterproofing did a good job! The installation crew was both thoughtful and considerate. My experience with Kyndall, from the office staff, was good. The cleanup was well done. I heard about Regional as a referral from a previous satisfied customer and I have seen their Dave Ramsey TV advertisement. One of the top two reasons that I chose to hire Regional was the high level of satisfaction from the referral mentioned above.

The measurements on the door was off some rather than put in on incorrectly, they went back and corrected it to make sure it was a secure fit.

I had found out about Regional on the internet and had seen them on TV too. i was satisfied with the work that they completed for me, it looks good. The installation crew, lead by Jomaine, did a gret job with the clean up. My salesman, David, was friendly and his presentation was good but the price compared to others was the deciding factor for me.
