Herb contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair because of possible pier settlement in the crawl space as he was having sagging floors and crack above the door ways of the home. By installing the SmartJack System we are able to lift and stabilize the piers in the crawl space of the home.

Stabilizing Floors in Ellerbe, NC
Melinda is a existing customer of Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair. We previously went out to her home and encapsulated her crawlspace to prevent moisture issues in her home in Ellerbe, NC. Then she started having some issues with her floors squeaking, not stable and weak in some spots and she gave us a call here at SEFR and we scheduled her an appointment for Todd, one of our design specialist to go out and do an inspection of her foundation. Upon Todd inspecting her foundation he found that her floors were weak, squeaky and not stable, and after speaking with Melinda he proposed Smart Jacks and a steel beam to help with her home repair needs. Melinda was very pleased with the work SEFR done to Protect her American Dream.
