Michael noticed mold in the crawl space of his home so he called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair. Our inspector RJ Bailey met with Michael and found that he did in fact have mold growth in the crawl space. RJ recommended installing our CleanSpace Encapsulation System as mold thrives on a humid place to live and grow. By eliminating a high moisture content in the crawl space we are able to get rid of the mold.

Anthony called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after being recommended by his pest control company that he had high moisture under his home. While having the CleanSpace Encapsulation done Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair installed a new custom crawl space door. Anthony is thrilled with the results.

Willie was experiencing moisture problem under his home and wanted Southeast to come take a look. We did a full encapsulation to Willie's home and installed a custom crawl space door. Willie called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after seeing one of our company trucks. Willie had a vapor barrier under the home but was not happy with the results that it was producing. Inspector Justin Edwards met with Willie to go over his crawl space to see how we could help him. Southeast's crew led by Ricky Warren replaced Willie's vapor barrier with our Clean Space Encapsulation System which included Drainage Matting, 20 mil liner, Silver Glo, SaniDry CX and a Smart Sump.
