Sylvia contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair about the standing water in the crawl space of her home in Clinton, NC.  Our design specialist, Mr. Patrick went out and did an inspection, upon the inspection, Patrick met with Mrs. Sylvia to go over what he proposed was the best solution, which would be the CleanSpace Encapsulation System to help with the wet crawl space.

Our crew led by Kevin, started the project by doing the Mold Remediation, followed by 20 mil liner, Drainage Matting, Silverglo & Rim Joist Insulation, Wrap piers, Seal vents, Sani Dry Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Lawnscape Outlet, Discharge Line, and Custom built door made from PVC that want rust.

Sylvia was very happy with her clean and dry crawl space.

Moisture seeped into this crawl space through cracks in the walls, around the rim joists, and evaporated up from the dirt floor. To stop moisture from leaking into the space, we completely sealed all open cracks, insulated the walls, and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System throughout the space. 

Robert contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about high moisture content in the crawl space of the home. SEFR inspector Graham Moore met with Robert to go over our CleanSpace Encapsulation System. Our crew ran by Larry Eldridge installed our encapsulation system using our 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, CleanSpace Drainage Matting, SilverGlo, SmartSump and a SaniDry CX.

Norman contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after discovering mold in the crawl space during a home inspector preparing for the sale of his home in Kenly, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Todd met with Norman to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for his problem. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, by sealing off the crawl space we can lower the relative humidity to under 55% where mold can not thrive. Norman is happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home and hopefully sell the home quickly due to the improvements and warranty. 

Ricky contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with hanging insulation in the crawl space of his home in Kenly, NC. Over the years he had noticed that the insulation had started to fall, he had also noticed that anytime he went under the home the ground always seemed damp. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair owner Christopher Reeves met with Ricky to go over the crawl space to find the best solution for his problems. Our crew removed the old hanging insulation and sealed the crawl space with the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation. Ricky's problems where coming from the earth's ground and by installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal the crawl space from the moisture issues that caused the problem of the hanging insulation. Ricky is happy with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair did to protect his home in the future.
