Due to soil settlement, this home settled, leaving cracks in its brick foundation and requiring stabilization. Our solution to the problem was our foundation pier system. This system utilizes steel piers that extend deep into the soil and transfer the load of the home from its foundation to the solid bedrock below. This stabilizes the home and prevents any further settling. 

Tiffany contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair wanting an estimate to fix the foundation of her home. She had noticed sagging floors in some of the bedrooms of the home along with cracks in the interior walls of the home.
