Lindall contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawlspace Repair after seeing our commercial on WECT TV about moisture in his crawlspace at his home in Wilmington,NC

SEFR scheduled for one of our design specialists, Brannon, to go out and inspect the home. Upon his inspection, Brannon proposed to encapsulate the crawlspace to control the moisture and keep it dry and clean.

Our crew led by Ronald, installed the CleanSpace CrawlSpace Encapsulation System, which consist of debris and insulation removal, 10 mil Cleanspace liner, wrap piers, SilverGlo and Rim Joist Insulation, Sealed Vents from Interior, SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier, Smart Sump Pump, Discharge Line, and LawnScape Outlet.

Jason Had a full Clean Space Encapsulation done to his lovely home in Wilmington, NC. Before Jason didn't even have a crawl space door however, after the completion of the crawl space our crew here at Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair added a Turtl Crawl Space Access Door. Jason is now happy to have protection against the rain and any moisture that could enter his crawl space.

Frank contacted us after receiving a post card in the mail. Frank was concerned about the high moisture level in the new home that he just bought. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with Frank and found that the crawl space would benefit from having our CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed. Our crew led by Ricky Warren installed our 10 mil liner, Silver Glo, a Smart Sump Pump and our SaniDry CX dehumidifier in the home. Adam contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair interested in having a vapor barrier installed at his home in Wilmington, NC. Our crew installed the 10 mil CleanSpace Liner along with a Sedona Dehumidifier to keep the crawl space dry.

Carol contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to the presence of mold in the crawl space of the home. She just had a termite treatment and the inspector informed her that she had moisture issues that needed to be addressed so that no other problems would arise in the future. Our crews installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System, we are able to seal off the crawl space from the moisture from the earth's ground along with elements entering the crawl space from the vents or from the foundation walls. Sealing the crawl space creates a dry and safe environment that bugs, mold, nor rodents can survive in.
