Katherine contacted Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair after another customer recommended us after having the CleanSpace System installed. Katherine wanted to lower her electric bill and after talking to her friend Sandy who also had the system installed found that by having the CleanSpace system installed her electric bill dramatically reduced. Anna contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after doing a little research online about what would cause her doors and windows to stick. Our crew installed a vapor barrier system using the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation Liner where they ran it a foot up the wall along with wrapping the piers of the home to seal the area from moisture entering the crawl space. Robert contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space with concerns of cracks and sagging floors at his home in Grifton, NC.

We scheduled for one of our design specialists, Andy, to go out and inspect the home. Upon the inspection, Andy met with Robert to go over what he proposed would best help with his home repair. Robert was ready to move forward and have the project completed.

Our crew led by Ronald, first started by removing debris and insulation. Next they placed the Smart Jacks and Steel Beam in the appropriate area. Then they installed, 10 mil CleanSpace Liner, Wrapped Piers, SilverGlo Insulation, SaniDry Sedona, Condensate Pump, Sealed the vents and Custom Crawl Space Door made from PVC that won't rust.

Chris contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture and mold in the crawl space of his home in Greenville, NC. Our inspector Justin Edwards met with Chris to go over the crawl space of his home. Justin found that the best solution would to be seal off the crawl space of the home water entering the crawl space of the home. 

Eleanor contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after inquiring about having new hardwood floors installed in the home. The flooring company informed Eleanor that due to high moisture and humidity that if she installed the flooring she could have issues. 

Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin Edwards met with Eleanor to go over the crawl space. Justin found that the crawl space issues where coming from the earth's ground and sealing off the crawl space would be the best option to fixing the issue. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.
