Lonnie's home had been built 10 years ago with no vents in the crawl space. When a crawl space is not vented but does not have a liner or dehumidifier its a breeding ground for mold and mildew. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair came to the rescue with our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System.

Brenda contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with falling insulation within the crawl space of her home in Ernul, NC.

Ben, one of our design specialist was scheduled to go out and inspect the crawl space. Upon the inspection,  Ben found that the best solution would be to encapsulate the crawl space. By installing the CleanSpace  Encapsulation System we are able to seal out the moisture from entering the crawl space from around the foundation walls and from the earth's ground.

Les called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair concerned about his crawl space because his home sits at the lowest point of his property and every time it rained the water would pool around the foundation and eventally found its way into the crawl space. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's home inspector Patrick Hannigan met with Les to go over the best possible solution for this particular problem. Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair's crew did a full encapsulation of Les home which included our EZ Flow to help keep the water from coming into the crawl space, our 10 mil liner, a SaniDry CX  Dehumidifer, and a Sump Pump. Les is happy with the results that Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair did to his home.

Cathy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned after still having a moisture issue even after having a vapor barrier installed. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Cathy to go over the crawl space to find the best possible solution to fixing her issues.

Andy found that Cathy's issues were coming from the fact that the vapor barrier that she had installed still allowed moisture to enter the crawl space due to it not being sealed around the home's piering system along with it not being fastened to the foundation walls. 

Jason and crew installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to seal the crawl space from not only the ground but around the piers and the foundation walls as well.

Charles contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair after doing research about moisture problems and the best way to solve them. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Andy Pittman met with Charles to go over the crawl space and to find the best solution for Charles's home.

Even though Charles had a vapor barrier system installed there was still moisture issues that had started to turn in the beginning signs of mold.

By installing the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System we are able to seal off the crawl space from the earth's ground along with sealing off water intrusion from the foundation wall and around the piers of the home.
