Jeremy contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair with problems with a sunken concrete porch at his home in Bennett, NC. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Justin P. met with Jeremy to go over the issue to find the best solution to fix the issue. Justin found that the porch was starting to sink from a void under the porch and the best solution would be to inject the PolyLevel Injection System and fill the void, stabilize the porch and raise it back. Wayne contacted Southeast Foundaiton and Crawl Space Repair because the concrete walkway leading up to his home had started to sink due to the dirt under the slab starting the wash out when ever it rained. We were able to help Wayne stabilize and lift the concrete walkway by installing the PolyLevel System. We filled in the void under the concrete of the walk way and was able to lift the concrete back to it original level.
