Mr. D Called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair compaining that one side of his home was pulling away from the rest. Our inspector Josh Speckhart suggested polylevel and how Mr. D is extramly happy with the outcome. 

This customer in Shallotte, NC contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair due to high moisture levels that had caused the fiberglass insulation to fall. Our crew removed the old falling insulation from the crawl space along with the old vapor barrier. Next, they installed the CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System. The CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System is designed to seal the crawl space and protect the crawl space from moisture from the earth's ground. 

Our team repaired a customer's cracked and uneven concrete walkway using the Polylevel and NexusPro system. First, we injected Polylevel beneath the concrete slabs to lift and level them. This process involves drilling small holes into the concrete and injecting a high-density polyurethane foam that expands to fill voids and raise the slabs to the desired level. Once the concrete was leveled, we applied NexusPro, a durable and flexible sealant, to fill and seal the cracks. This ensures a long-lasting, smooth, and safe walkway surface.
