Our NexusPro Crack Repair solution was used to repair the customer's cracked concrete garage floor by filling the cracks with the specialized sealant. NexusPro is a durable, silicone-based sealant designed to withstand extreme weather conditions and prevent further cracking. It effectively seals the cracks, restoring the floor's integrity and appearance.

Jeff contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair because part of his porch had started to sink and wanted to know if the PolyLevel System would raise his porch back to the original setting. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Brannon met with Jeff to go over the porch of the home. Brannon found that the porch had started to sink due to settling and that we would stabilize and raise the porch back with the PolyLevel System. Using PolyLevel, we quickly restored the appearance and safety of this concrete without the mess or cost of replacement.

In order to prevent further cracking, we drilled and smoothed out the cracks before filling them with backer rod filler. The NexusPro sealant was then inserted in the cracks and joints. Overtop is a thin layer of sand to give it a finished look. The NexusPro sealant offers a long-lasting solution for repairing cracks and joints in concrete slabs.
