Daniele of Wilmington, NC called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair with concerns to a safety hazard of sunken concrete along her walk way to the home. Southeast's Inspector Randy Johnson met with Daniele to look over the hazard and found that we could help make the walk way safe again with our PolyLevel System. The crew, led by George Herring, was able to raise the concrete to become level and sit flush to eliminate the safety hazard. Mrs. Daniele is happy to have a level concrete with her tripping hazard gone.

These sidewalks were cracked with sections sinking.  We lifted the sinking sections with PolyLevel and filled the cracks with NexusPro for a much better walking surface.

Michael contacted Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair concerned with a slab of concrete that had sunken around his pool in Wilmington, NC. The concrete had become a trip hazard and Micheal wanted his family to be safe while enjoying the pool during the summer months. Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair inspector Jeremie met with Michael to go over the concrete. With the use of the PolyLevel System, which is a two-part expanding foam that helps lift and support the concrete and make it level. Micheal is thrilled with the work that Southeast Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to help fix the concrete around his pool. 

Pool soil was to blame for this customers uneven and cracked concrete. Before filling and sealing the cracks in this concrete slab, we used the PolyLevel system to lift and level the sinking concrete.
