Our team installed SmartJack support posts to stabilize a sagging floor by first excavating holes at strategic points beneath the floor. The SmartJack system consists of steel support posts that are adjustable and designed to provide structural support. These posts were placed in the excavated holes and secured in place with concrete. The tops of the posts were then connected to the floor joists above, allowing for precise adjustment to lift and stabilize the sagging floor. The SmartJack system works by providing a strong, stable base that can be adjusted over time to maintain the integrity of the floor structure.

This customer in New Bern, NC had floor sagging problems and floors with bounce. Our inspector determined that the main support beam needed to be replaced and our Smart Jack System to fix the sagging floors and make the home safe. 

This house in New Bern, NC had some serious foundation issues. The main support beam of the home had cracked and was giving way. The home owner called Southeast Foundation and Crawl Space Repair and our inspector recommended that we add a new steel beam as a support and smart jacks.
