This beautiful home in Wilmington had cracks in the brick walls on the exterior of the home. Installation of 4 push piers solved this problem!

Due to high moisture levels, the support beam in this crawl space was weakened. Because of the weak beam, the floors above were not adequately stabilized. Our solution to this problem was to install a steel supplemental beam and SmartJack support posts. As a result, the floor was lifted and leveled and permanently stabilized. This ensured the safety of the building, leaving it stronger and more secure than before.
